The short version
This website does not use cookies. It only keeps the information you give us when you join a list (the newsletter or the ARC reader list), and only for that purpose. We never sell it or share it with anyone.

The newsletter
If you sign up, we keep your email address to send you news about Freya Malva’s books (releases, illustrations, music). The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link included in every email.
The ARC reader list
If you sign up as an advance reader, we keep your name, your email address, the language you read in, your reading tastes and, if you give them to us, links to your review profiles. We use them to choose readers, send you the book, and remind you of the release date. The legal basis is your consent. They are deleted when the book’s campaign ends, unless you ask to stay on the list for future books.
Who else sees your data
The lists are managed with MailerLite, which stores the data on our behalf with the safeguards required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Advance copies are delivered through an ebook delivery service that only receives your email address.
Hosting and visits
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any server, it receives technical connection data (such as your IP address) in order to show you the page and protect it from attacks; we do not use that data. To know how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not store your IP address, and only gives us totals.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own or from third parties, which is why you see no cookie banner. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, without loading anything from Google. Videos are not embedded: they open on YouTube.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict its use, by writing to the contact email. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
